Ms. Catherine Lee has over fifteen years of relevant experience in Information Technology (IT) and business systems management. She is an experienced project manager with an extensive background in requirement analysis, quality assurance, programming, data analysis, problem solving and business process improvement.


She holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science from California State University, East Bay.  While at Cal State, she was recognized by university faculty and actively sought out by peers for tutoring in advanced mathematics, language arts and writing.


Catherine served as a systems manager for the US Navy Weapons Station located in Concord, California. While there she was responsible for the day-to-day operation management of a weapons maintenance system designed to support and ensure combat readiness of US Navy Warships.  Catherine's unique ability to assist clients in identifying and documenting their needs and creating and selling system solutions in the information technology industry made her the first choice to serve as project manager for intricate and critical systems development.


She served as Project Manager for a 10-member information systems development team that identified, created and implemented a project plan, which led to the development of a military executive information system for US Navy Combatant Commanders. Catherine designed and composed two user systems manuals for an executive information system designed to manage vital assets.


She holds certification by the US Navy in the use and application of Total Quality Leadership (TQL) along with Business Process Improvement (BPI).


Catherine is very active in her church where she devotes her time to the annual “Back to School” project which provides school supplies and clothing to over 1500 needy children.
